inclusionAI, the open-source AI division of Ant Group, has published model weights for Ling-3.1-flash-1019 and Ling-3.1-flash-base on Hugging Face under the permissive MIT licence. The model employs a Mixture-of-Experts architecture containing 560 billion total parameters with 25 billion active parameters per token, paired with a native 1-million-token context window for long-horizon task execution.

The update introduces revised routing mechanisms and expanded synthetic pretraining datasets across multilingual corpora, coding repositories and technical literature. On the Artificial Analysis Intelligence Index v4.3.2, Ling-3.1-flash-1019 achieved an overall score of 44, up from 41 for the prior checkpoint.

The model card reports benchmark gains on practical agentic evaluations, with AA-Briefcase rising from 1400 to 1524 Elo points and AutomationBench-AA improving from 62% to 68%. Inference is supported in major open-source serving engines including vLLM and SGLang, with FP8 and INT4 quantisation recipes available immediately.
