Runway launched official Runway Dev plugins for Claude Code (/plugin install runway-api@claude-plugins-official), Codex and Cursor (/add-plugin runway-api) on 2 November 2026. Authenticated over browser OAuth through Runway’s MCP server with no local API keys, the plugins inspect account models, pricing and credit balances, configure Characters, Recipes, Workflows and Model Routers, write SDK code and debug failed generation tasks.
